孙权是中国帝王中成功的管理者,他的人才管理思想十分丰富,包含多方选用人才、用人不疑、用人以专、用人之长、赏罚分明、上下沟通、群策群力等内容。孙权的人才管理思想对于当今的人才管理仍然具有积极的借鉴作用。
Sun Quan was a successful manager, his human management idea was distinctive, which included many aspects. Selecting people from many channels. Believing others: Taking advantage of ones expert: Punishing and praising clearly. Communing with service, working on all people. The human management idea stiU had an active effect on the modern human management.
