摘要
现代市场经济是法治经济,要求市场主体守法经营。信用是现代市场经济的支柱,它是诚信这一道德原则在市场经济中的制度化。由于法律并不是万能的,法治的不足决定了诚信成为市场经济不可或缺的原则。缺乏诚信的经营是不会产生经济效益的,相反,诚信经营却可能产生出一定的经济效益。
The market economy is the economy regulated by rule of law. It is no doubt that there exists default only by law in the construction of social market economy. This defanlt is only made up by ethics and moral. The principle of sincerity is a important one of the moral principle. This principle is the basis of market economy, that it is also the demand of economy under the rule of law. Business is the proposition of economic development.
