摘要
本文介绍了轧管机上辊轮的失效分析过程。分析了辊轮开裂和磨损的原因，并提出了提高辊轮寿命的措施。
This paper introduced the procedure of failure analysis for rolling wheels mounted on pipe rolling machines. It analyzed the causes of breaking and wear of rolling wheel and put forward a measurse to increase the life-span of rolling wheels.
