摘要
20Mn23AlV高锰低磁钢由于含锰含铝量高,合金比例大,目前国内均使用模铸进行生产;为进一步提高该钢的成材率,降低生产成本,浦钢公司特钢厂进行了连铸试验生产。根据20Mn23AlV钢的模铸工艺,对该钢种的凝固温度、铸态组织等特性进行研究,制定了相应的连铸工艺参数,顺利进行了连铸的正常生产。
The 20Mn23AlV steel, a type of high manganese and low magnetism steel, was produced by the ingot casting usually because of its high Mn, A1 and alloy contents. In order to improve the product yield and reduce the cost, a trial continuous casting was carried out in the special steel plant of Pudong Iron & Steel Co., Ltd. By referencing to the ingot casting process, the solidification temperature of the 20Mn23AlV steel and its east structure were studied, the corresponding parameters for the continuous casting was determined, and the production of continuous casting was going on smoothly.
