摘要
目的：为观察激光加扩肛术治疗肛裂的疗效。方法：对102例肛裂患者在局麻下行激光加扩肛术治疗的疗效进行观察和分析。结果：治愈时间7～11d，平均9．5d，随访时间3～6个月，近期治愈率100％。结论：结果显示激光加扩肛术治疗肛裂具有疗效好、出血少、痛苦小、愈合时间短、操作简便等优点。
Objective：To evaluate the effect of laser combined with anal dilatation in the treatment of anal fissure. Methods：A total of 102 patients with anal fissure received laser treatment combined with anal dilatation under local anesthesia. Results：The healing time was 7-11 days（mean 9.5 days）. All patients were followed up for 3-6 months. The short term curative rate was 100%. Conclusion：The results show that the laser treatment combined with anal dilatation for anal fissure has several advantages such as high curative effect, less bleeding and pain, shorter healing time and easy operation, etc.
