摘要 玻纤废丝以高温球化法成珠的成功,提供了废丝综合利用的又一途径。通过大量试验取得了从20目到160目的各级样品,基本上摸清了成珠最佳粒度、隔离剂,成型温度及时间等各有关工艺参数,并对有关外形、理化性能进行了测定,表明玻璃微珠可用于多种工业用途。本试验为今后进一步的工业生产打下了基础。 The success in making beads from wasted glass fibre by spheroidizing process at high temperature provides a new method to the comprehensive utilizations of wasted glass fiber. In the experiments, glass beads with different sizes ranging from 20 mesh to 160 mesh were made by optimizing particules size of ground wasted glassfibcr, the isolation agent, the temperature and time of spheroidizing and other factors concened. The apperance sh(?)pe, and physical and chemical properties of these glass beads were studied, which showed that the beads could be applied in many industrial fields. This work has provided a base for future commercial production.
