摘要
目的：建立肾宁颗粒中黄芪甲苷的含量测定方法。方法：采用薄层扫描法。结果：黄芪甲苷含量在1．1116-6．096μg·L^-1范围内点样量与峰面积积分值的线性关系良好，r=0．9970（n=6）。平均回收率为100．5％，RSD为2．9％。结论：测定方法简便、准确、重现性好。
