摘要
目的探讨过敏性紫癜血浆内皮素的变化及意义。方法采用放射免疫分析法测定血浆内皮素。结果过敏性紫癜患儿血浆内皮素显著增高,并与患儿病情分型的严重程度呈正比,病情愈重,这种升高愈明显,各型过敏性紫癜血浆内皮素与对照组相比,恢复期与急性期相比较,差异具有显著性(P<0.01)。结论血浆内皮素在过敏性紫癜各型患儿治疗前后具有显著变化,对各型过敏性紫癜的诊断及治疗效果的评价具有一定参考意义。
Objective To investigate the changes of plasma endothelin concentration in children with Schonlein - Henoch purpura（SHP）. Methods The concentration of plasma endothelin were measured by radioimmunity assay. Results The level of plasma endothelin in SHP is significant increased and there is significant difference between different type of SHP and between acute and restoation period （ P 〈 0.01 ） Conclusion The level of plasma endothelin in SHP is significant increased than that of normal children, and it may play an important role in the diagnosis and assessment of the effect of therapy in SHP.
