摘要
目的总结新生儿窒息抢救和护理措施,探讨如何提高新生儿窒息的护理质量。方法对收治的68例窒息新生儿进行抢救及护理。结果68例除1例死亡,2例转院外治疗,65例抢救成功。结论保持窒息患儿呼吸通畅,采用恰当复苏方法,复苏成功后做好保暖、营养护理工作,加强孕妇产前宣教,可降低新生儿窒息发生率。
Objective To investigate how to improve the nursing quality in Neonatal Asphyxia through analyzing the measures for treating and nursing. Methods The clinical features and treatments in 68 cases neonates with asphyxia were analyzed. Some nursing interventions were carried out. Result 65 cases were treated successfully, 1 eases died and 2 cases were transferred to other hospitals for breathing failure. Conclusions Nursing intervention is one of the key measures in the resuscitation in neonatal asphyxia. It can reduce the complication and mortality and improve the life quality.
