摘要
采用普通玻璃分析法分解硅、铝、钙三元系统玻璃时,SiO_2熔样易结块。难脱出,结果数值常偏低。本文介绍了采用强氧化性混合熔剂分解试样以及解决因硅酸的存在给测定钙所带来的干扰问题。试样在20~30分钟内即能全部分解,且只需取一试样就能完成整个分析,比用KOH法所测得的SiO_2数据准确、偏差小、重现性好。
The molten sample of SiO_2 would be easy to cake and difficult to come off when ordinary glass analysis method be adopted to decompose the Si-Al-Ca ternary system glass, this would lead a lower result. This paper suggests strong oxidible component solvent be used to decompose the sample, so as to avoid the interference in Ca-analizing caused by the existence of silisic acid. The sample could be decomposed completely in 20—30 min, and only one of sample would be needed in the whole course of analysis. As compared with KOH method, the proposed method features accurate ananlysis result of SiO_2, less deviation and better reproducibility.
