摘要
中国民营企业现正处在知识经济时代的背景下、“二次创业”的过程中,要想在新一轮的竞争中取得优势,企业必须要发展新的核心能力———人力资源竞争力。本文在分析中国人力资源的现状基础上,给民营企业在知识经济环境下的人力资源进行战略定位。
Our country run by private enterprise now be placed in the background of the knowledge-based economy ages, "start a business two times" of process inside, to think that obtain the advantage in new a round competitions, the business enterprise must develop the new core ability--human resource competition ability. This text in present condition foundation that analyze our country human resource, the human resource that under the knowledge-based economy environment give the run by private capital proceeds the strategy fixed position.
