摘要
介绍了一种能对机床、坐标测量机等结构的阿贝误差进行实时修正的方法，它能同时测量出导轨的位移、俯仰角、偏转角以及滚转角误差。着重介绍了系统的原理组成和滚转角误差的动态测量方法，给出了系统的可行性验证装置及实验结果，在3．7m的行程内将最大37．0μm的阿贝误差修正到了1．
A real-time correcting system for Abbe error of machine tools and CMM is presented in this paper. In the system the displacement, pitch, yaw and roll are measured simultaneously. The displacement is corrected by the measured angles,so as to get a correct position. The testing system and a examine results is also described in this paper. A maximum Abbe error 37μm is reduced to 1. 5 mμ in the range of 3.7 m.
