摘要
现代企业的发展，需要企业会计出谋划策、运筹帷幄，所以针对企业具体情况提供会计服务的代理记帐公司应运而生。投资环境的优化、经济政策的宽松使中小企业的数量迅猛增加，而代帐公司因其专业性和全面性深受企业的欢迎，代理记帐的利弊、发展前景、在竞争中如何扬长避短，是值得代帐公司深思的问题。
Accountants play very important role in the development of enterprises, so the agency company for supplying accountant service is emerging now. As the result of better investment environment and economic policies, more and more small and middle enterprises are increasing. In this case, the agency company is welcomed by these enterprises for its special and complete services. However, it is necessary to think about the prospect of this company, about keeping positive position in competition.
