摘要
利用速度瞬心概念推导出了速度瞬心位置的简单关系式,提出了设计平行分度凸轮机构的CAD动态图解法,运用等距线原理进一步生成了凸轮的实际廓线、刀具中心的加工轨迹,并给出了在AutoCAD平台上实现的过程。该方法能够使凸轮CAD/CAM一体化,可直接应用于生产实际和教学。
According to the concept of instantaneous velocity center, the simple expression for determining position of velocity center is derived, and the CAD graphical method for designing theory profile curve of parallel index cam is carried out. The actual profile curve and cutter center track for milling cam profile curve are obtained with isometric curve theroy, the process of designing based on AutoCAD is given. This method can realize the integration of CAD and CAM, also can be directly applied to practice in mechanical enginerring and teaching.
