摘要
探讨直肠阴道瘘的手术治疗经验，24例采用经阴道修补，在切除瘘口四周瘢痕组织后分两层连续往返缝合修复直肠和阴道缺损。结果1例复发，1例感染后自愈，余均获痊愈，随访1～5年无复发。结果表明，选择恰当的手术时机，充分游离并切除瘘口四周的瘢痕组织，分别缝合直肠和阴道壁缺损是成功修复直肠阴道瘘的关键。
The objective of this study was to discuss the experience of the surgery treatment of rectovaginal fistula. By vagina patching after the excision of scar around the fistula opening,suture the rectum and vagina damages back and forth continuously by dividing them into two layers, above-mentioned procedure was adopted in the treatment of 94 patients. Results showed that 1 patient recurrence,1 patient recovered after the infection,other patients healed completely,and no recurrence by a follow-up for 1-5 years. Authors believed that the key for how to repair the rectovaginal fistula successfully is to choose the appropriate surgery opportunity, sufficient dissection and to make excision around the fistula opening scar tissue,respectively sutures the rectum and vagina damage.
