摘要
我国高等学校正在跨越式发展,高等学校的办学规模越来越大,高等学校国有资产得到迅速增加,同时高等学校国有资产管理中所存在的问题也越来越突出,高等学校国有资产的流失现象也日趋严重。需要优化资源配置,完善高校国有资产管理制度,利用先进的科学技术手段来加强高等学校国有资产的科学管理。
With the skipping development of China＇s universities, the scope of universities aggrandizes, and state-owned assets in universities have increased quickly. Correspondingly, the problems about management of state-owned assets in universities are more and more urgent. The state-owned assets in universities run off rapidly. In order to strengthen management of state-owned assets in universities, resourced allocation needs to be optimized, the system of management needs to be perfected, and advanced technological means needs to be utilized.
