摘要
在模型窑内研究和探索浮法玻璃池窑的窑池深浅、机械搅拌装置、卡脖几何尺寸、耳池的数量及其尺寸和位置,以及相互配合使用时,对窑内温度场和速度场,试验结果表明:冷却部的池深比熔化部浅,为1~1.2米左右,卡脖处安装机械搅拌装置可提高玻璃液的均匀性,卡脖的几何尺寸在适当范围内,呈现纵向温降大,横向温差小,液流系数也小,与耳池等配合使用时,效果更佳.
A Study on the depth of the tank and mechanical stirring was carried out by physical modelling and an investigation of temperature field, velocity field and glass current distribution was also carried out in the model tank with partion devices. Some suggestions for the improvement of the construction of a float glass tank furnace and on energy saving have thus been proposed.The results show that a reduction in the depth of the conditioning zone is effeetive in lowering the temperature in that area, a depth of 1.0~1.2m is appropriate. Stirrers mounted in the neck will also reduce the temperature in the conditioning zone and improve the heat distribution in the melten glass.
