摘要
在阐述比较不同历史时期我国企业所有权结构特征、以及企业创新特征的基础上,从综合考虑所有权结构对企业创新的激励效应和资源附带效应的角度,分析比较了新中国不同时期内企业所有权结构对企业创新的影响。
Enterprise ownership structure has stimulant effect and resource-allocating effect, and the two effects have different specialties. This article compares the differences of enterprise ownership structure, and of enterpdse innovation, among different period. It also compares the effect of ownership structure on enterprise innovation.
