摘要
文章在对西安企业问卷调查的基础上,通过对知识型员工的离职影响因素进行了分析。研究发现:自我发展是知识型员离职的首要考虑因素。而影响知识型员工的离职既包括主观因素也包括客观因素。
According to the questionnaire investigation of firms in Xi'an, the authors analyse the knowledge employee's off-duty factors. The article finds out self-development is an essential factor, and the dirnission factors include subjective and objective ones.
