摘要
虚拟经营作为一种新型的商业经营模式为企业参与市场竞争带来了诸多优势,本文将这一经营模式与建筑施工企业结合,针对建筑企业存在的具体问题和面临的严峻形势,提出改变现有落后的经营管理模式的紧迫性及重大意义。从虚拟经营对企业的影响入手,就虚拟经营的具体模式进行了阐述,对虚拟经营的风险及策略也进行了分析和研究,对于大力推进建筑施工企业制度创新,提高我国建筑施工企业的竞争力,更好适应国际国内两个市场的需求,具有重要的理论与实际意义。
As a new business mode, virtual management has brought many advantages for the market competitions of enterprises. On basis of the concrete problems and challenges of the construction enterprises, the article, by incorporating virtual management with the construction enterprises, presents the great necessity and significance of improving the present under-developed management mode. Beginning with the effect of the virtual management on the enterprises, the article presents the modes of the virtual management and analyzes on the risks and strategies of virtual management. Virtual management has great theoretical and practical significance for the construction enterprises to renovate their regulations and rules, improve their competition ability and meet the requirements of the domestic and foreign markets.
