一、对社区医疗卫生保建服务内涵界定的认识 社区医疗卫生保健服务的含义,尚没有统一的规定,国内外有各种定义,社区的范围也有不同的概念,根据美国卫生服务论坛的划分意见,社区分为小型和大型两类。小型的指乡村和城市区域(如街道等)的范围;大型的指城市及大城市的郊区的范围,对乡村未提出明确的范围。我们认为,在农村可指县(包括县级市)或乡的范围;在城市通常指一个街道范围,有时候指一个城市的一个区,也归属于大型社区的范围。总之,无论社区的大小如何划分,过去我们习惯地引用“

Each one. the community government, medical institution, civil adminstration organ, traffic organ, and other functional departments, and various nongovernmental organizations as red cross, ect. , does its duty. We should strengthen government function, increase health input, work out a community program and implement it step by step, pay atttention to personnel trainning, and mobilixe socieatal forces to participate in its construction.
The service models of implementation community medical and health care mainly include: household bed as main model, mutually superiority model, full function model and special network model.
