水电站泄水闸闸墩的有限元分析

摘要 水利水电工程中广泛采用的弧形泄水闸墩应力状况复杂,某些部位拉应力远超过混凝土受拉极限.应用ANSYS软件对典型的此类结构作了有限元分析.在建立有限元网格模型中,应用了映射网格、自由网格及金字塔型过渡网格的混合模型.应用约束方程和虚拟的质点单元,解决了复杂荷载的合理加载问题.有限元模型减去了弧形闸门、闸门支架等非主要部件,使模型规模减小,避免了因荷载不恰当引起的应力异常. The stress state of radial sluice gate pier in hydroelectric and irrigation works is very complicat ed. The stress in some position far exceed the limit tensile stress of concrete. The stress state in the pier was analyzed by FEM using ANSYS in this paper. The mixed model of free mesh, mapped mesh and transitional pyramid mesh were used in the method. The complicated loading was solved by using of constraint equation and virtual mass element. The secondary parts such as radial sluice gate and its stand were neglected,the number of elements were decreased and the abnormal stress caused by improper loading were avoided in this method.
