摘要
无油润滑涡旋压缩机冷却系统是通过循环冷却水带走压缩机系统部分热量,以确保无油润滑涡旋压缩机稳定运行.根据无油润滑涡旋压缩机的结构特点,阐述了冷却系统的组成,并对各组成部分进行分析,然后利用微机测控系统对冷却系统进行自动检测和控制,减少了工作量,实现了智能化控制.试验数据说明冷却系统对无油润滑涡旋压缩机的工作性能改善明显.
The cooling system of non-lubricating scroll compressor uses cyclic cooling water to take away a portion of heat from the compressor system so as to insure a stable operation of such a compessor. According to the configurational feature of this kind of compressor,the composition of its cooling system was described and its components were analyzed. Then a micro-computer measurement and control system was used to automatically measure and control this cooling system, so that the amount of labor was decreased and the intelligent control was realized. It was shown by the experimental data that the improvement on the operational performance of this kind of compressor with such a cooling system was remarkable.
