摘要
阐述了铸造工艺计算机辅助设计的研究方法.使用PRO/E软件完成对铸件的实体造型,利用相应的铸造模拟软件MAGMAsoft对铸件充型状态、凝固过程的温度场、流场和应力场进行模拟.根据模拟结果,可判断出铸件可能产生的缺陷并对缺陷成因进行分析,评估了铸造工艺与铸件质量,提出了改进方案.
An investigation method for computer aided design of foundry technology was expounded. Software PRO/E was used to create 3D model of the casts, and corresponding foundry simulation software MAGMA was used to simulate the condition of mold filling of the casts as well as the temperature field, flow field, and stress field of solidification process of the casts. The simulation result can be used to predict possible defects of the casts, analyze their origin, evaluate the foundry technology and the quality Of the casts, and propose an improvement scheme.
