摘要
多鳞的受精卵在水温20.5~20.8℃,经2h300min发育到多细胞期;4h为囊胚期;18h30min原口关闭、胚体形成;36h30min仔鱼孵化。初孵仔鱼全长1.56~1.64mm,油球在印黄囊后下方。孵化后21~31h,肛门开口于体外,胸结芽形成,尾鳍膜出现弹性丝。50h仔鱼全长2.34mm,口完全张开,口裂0.10mm。72h仔鱼全长2.51mm,卵黄完全被吸收,油球吸收殆尽。口、咽、胃和肠相通。胸鳍条4根,尾部弹性丝20余根。98h仔鱼全长2.65mm,印黄、油球完全被吸收,口裂0.22mm。
The artificial, fertilization of sillago sihama (Forskal) was carried out on 16 June,1987. The 0. 68~0. 76mm diameten eggs were buoyant, spherical with smooth and transparentegg membrane, and a 0. 58~ 0. 64 mm diameter faintly segmented yold containing a single0. 14~ 0. 18mm diameter slightly yellowish oil globule.The fertilized eggs development at 20. 5~ 20.8℃ began with initial cleavage, to the latecleavage stage at 2 hr 30 min, blastula stage at 4 hr, closure of the blastopore and embryo formation at 18 hr 30 min, and hatching at 36 hr 30 min after fertilization.The newly hatched larvae with 16+ 18 = 34 myomeres and a single oil globule on the psoterior Part of the yolk were 1. 56~ 1. 64 mm in total length. Between 21 and 31 hr after hatching,the larvae anus opened to the exterior of the body. Pectoral buds appeared and incipient rays ofthe caudal fin were dearly visible.The 50-hr-old larvae were 2. 34 mm in total length. The mouth was widely opened andthe oral slit was 0.10 mm.Seventy-two hr after hatching, the larvae were 2. 51 mm in total length. The yolk wascompletely absorbed but the oil globule was still present. The mouth was well developed. Mouth,pharynx, stomach and intestine linked up with each other. Pectoral fins increased in size and had4 incipient rays. The caudal fin had about 20 rays.About 98 hr after hatching, postlarvae were 2. 65 mm in total length and oral slit was 0. 22mm.
