-18℃冷冻条件下中国对虾肌细胞线粒体超微结构的变化 被引量:1

ULTRASTRUCTURAL CHANGES OF MYOCYTE MITOCHONDRIA OF Penaeus chinensis FROZEN AT-18℃

摘要 通过对冷冻(-18℃)条件下保存400d的中国对虾肌细胞线粒体超微结构变化的透射电镜观察,结果表明:内嵴肿胀,外膜破裂、溶解,线粒体变形膨胀,严重者解体,其中外膜破坏快于内嵴。肌细胞线粒体的变化可分为3个时期(初冻期、稳定期和解体期)。 Transmission Electron Microscope was used to observe the changes of myocyte mitochondria of Peens chinensis frozen at-18℃ for 400 days. The results were as follows:the mitochondria cristae swelled up; the mitochondria outer membrane burst and dissolved; the mitochondria deformed and expanded, some disintegrated at a rate faster than that of the cristue; the changes of myocyte mitochondria were divided into three periods (Preliminary freezing, stable freezing, disintegration).
