在1987、1993和1994年3次对贵阳市场上刺梨汁和浓刺梨汁进行Vc、酸度、糖度测定,并进行营养感官综合评定。刺梨汁优良率为48.3%,浓刺梨汁优良率为56.3%。
The determination of Vc content,acidity and sugar degree of thorn pear(roxburgh rose)juice marketedin Guiyang was made in 1987,1993 and 1994,and their nutritive value were appraised comprehensively withsense organ. The superior rate is 48.3%for the common juice and 56.3%for the dense juice.
