摘要 用交联SE-54SCOT玻璃毛细管柱分离了1-己烯羰化制庚醛过程的原料、产品及杂质,并采用气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)技术和纯样对照法鉴定组分。与填充柱定量结果对比表明,毛细管气相色谱法简便、准确,具有实用价值。 The low-pressure carbonylation of 1-olefin is one of the main routes for the production of aldehydes. This paper presents a gas chromatographic method for the analysis of the raw material of 1-hexene, the product of heptaldehyde isomers and its by-products in this carbonylation process. A cross-linked SE-54 SCOT glass capillary column, 40m×0. 25mm (i. d.), was selected to analyse the raw material and the product in this process. GC-MS technique and comparison with pure samples were applied to the identification of the components. Meanwhile, the Kovats index of 1-hexene and 17 impurities in the raw material were calculated. Accuracy and precision of this method are acceptable.
