摘要
建立了试剂7-(8-羟基-3,6-二磺基萘偶氮)-8-羟基喹啉-5-磺酸催化荧光法测定痕量铜的新方法.采用多目标单纯形优化理论获得最佳实验条件:0.05%试剂1.3mL,0.1mol/LNaOH6.2mL,0.1%KIO_41.6mL,反应时间15min.对反应机理作了详细探讨与研究,方法用于水样、铸造铝合金样中痕量铜的测定,结果令人满意.
A new catalytic - fluorescence determination of trace Copper ( II ) has been established by reagent 7 - (8 - hydroxy - 3, 6 - disulfonaphthylazo) - 8 - hydroxyquinoline - 5 - sulfonic acid, and the experimental conditions have been optimized by multi - object punish funtion simplex method, they are 0.05 % HSNA8Q5S 1. 3mL, 0. 1mol/L NaOH 6. 2mL, 0.1% KIO4 1. 6mL, T 15min. The mechanism of the reaction has been studied. The method is applied to determine trace Copper( II ) in water sample and alloy samples with satisfactory results .
