摘要
应用ELISA间接法检测出天津近郊番茄上至少有9种病毒类型。且首次检测出国内在番茄上尚未报道的番茄黑环病毒(TBRV)、绒毛烟斑驳病毒(VTMoV)。经生物学测定还分离出番茄上表现枯斑型的86-125和在豇豆上产生大红斑的86-95-15均与13种抗血清呈阴性反应的杆状待测病毒。
Tomato virus disease is an imperative problem for tomato production in the Tianjin suburbs. In 1986—87, using 13 antisera as antibodies, we detected 453 antigen samples of tomato by ELISA, finding that the main strain types were TMY(38.19%), CMV (30.91%), PVY(11.70%)and PVX (9.71%). And it was the first time for us to detect Tomato Black Ring Virus (TBRV) and Velvet Tobacco Mottle Virus (VTMoV) in tomato ever reported in China. Two undetermined rod-shaped particles observed by electron microscope were called 86-125 and 86-95-15, which cannot specially react with the 13 antisera by bioassay. It is explicit that TMV, CMV are the main virus diseases of tomato in Tiajin suburbs. The complex of tomato virus strains will continue to be studied in the future.
