摘要
根据溢洪道各功能段不同防护对象的要求,阐明溢洪道出水渠洪水标准确定的原则与方法,以期降低其乃至整个溢洪道的工程造价。
In accordance with the request of different protected objects of each function unit of the spillway,the way and rule of defining the standard of flood control for the outflow canal of spillway is expounded,in order to reduce the cost of the outflow canal or the whole spillway.
