摘要
和谐社会的构建离不开各类组织的和谐发展,而和谐的组织要靠高效的团队来保证其运行效率,剖析团队的影响因素与如何加强团队建设这两方面,将为新时期各类组织的管理者提供一个新的视角与切入点。
The Forth Plenary Session of the 16th Central Committee of the C. P. C have raised that developing harmonious society is one of modernization driving. Developing harmonious society is connected with harmonious development of all kinds of organizations. Orgnization is carrier of persons and society. In the meanwhile, it is the basical unit of harmonious society. Only when all sorts of organizations harmoniously develop can the society be harmonious. However, effective teams are the guarantee of the effection and development of harmonious organizations. How to build a successful team, different firms have different thoughts. Through strengthening team management, it will provide a new vision of research for all era. analysing the influential factors and kinds of teams administers in the new era.
