摘要
利用溶胶-凝胶法合成系列阳离子/阴离子双缺陷型氧基磷灰石Ca3-3xLa7+2x□x(SiO4)6O1.5(x=0,0.25,0.50,0.75,1.00,“□”表示阳离子空位).X射线粉末衍射结果表明:在800℃烧结12h可得到纯磷灰石相结构的产物.体系的电导率随La含量的增加而增大,其激活能则逐渐减小,表明结构中4f位置空位的增加有利于传导O^2-.在700℃时,La9□1.00(SiO4)6O1.5的电导率达到9.82×10^-4S/cm,比Ca3La7(SiO4)6O1.5的提高近3个数量级.氧分压测试结果表明:材料的电导率在pO2=10^5~10^-14Pa保持不变,证明材料在较宽的氧分压范围内为O2导电.
The anion/cation-deficient oxyapatites Ca3-3xLa7+2x□x(SiO4)6O1.5 (x=0,0.25, 0.50, 0.75, 1.00, □ denotes a cation vacancy) were synthesized successfully via the sol - gel method. After being heated at 800 ℃ for 12 h, the obtained apatite phases were characterized by X-ray diffraction .It is found that the conductivity is influenced by the amount of cation vacancies at the 4fsite. The conductivity of La9□1.00(SiO4)6O1.5is 9.82×10^-4 S/cm at 700℃, which is about three orders of magnitude higher than the compound with no cation defects. The electrical conductivity is almost independent of the oxygen partial pressure from 10^5 to 10^-14 Pa, which suggests a pure oxygen ionic conductivity over a wide range of oxygen partial pressure.
