摘要
肌醇生产的原料——植酸钙的杂质含量较高,所得肌醇的粗品杂质含量也较高.因此为肌醇的除杂、纯化、分离带来了困难.除杂的方法有沉淀法、离子交换法等.本文试图从肌醇-乙醇-水三元体系的相图中,寻求一种纯化分离肌醇的新方法.肌醇自制,白色结晶状粉末,mp(223.16±2.0)℃(文献值,223~226℃).
The solubilities and refractive indices of the saturated solutions of C_6H_(12)O_6- C_2H_5OH-H_2O ternary system have been determined.The solubility curve and refractive index curve of the system at 35℃ consist of 3 branches,corresponding to C_6H_(12)O_6·10H_2O, C_6H_(12)O_6·H_2O,and C_6H_(12)O_6 respectively.The composition of eutectic solutions at two non- variant points is(C_6H_(12)O_6:7.07%,C_2H_5OH:17.07%)and(C_6H_(12)O_6:0.05%,C_2H_5OH: 91.21%).
