摘要
用微分极化电阻测量技术和交流阻抗法研究在1 mol/L 高氯酸铝溶液中,阴离子 SH^-和SCN^-对溴化丁基三甲基鏻(BTMPB)对铝的缓蚀作用及吸附行为的影响.结果表明,SH^-和SCN^-能显著提高 BTMPB 对铝的缓蚀效率,两者和 BTMPB 对铝的缓蚀具有明显的协同作用.在高氯酸铝溶液中,BTMPB 在铝/溶液界面上的吸附服从 Langmuir 吸附等温式,为物理吸附,但是当在1 mol/L 高氯酸铝溶液中加入1×10^(-4)mol/L 的 SH^-或 SCN^-时,BTMPB 在铝/溶液界面上的吸附则为化学吸附,服从修正的 Bockris-Swinkels 吸附等温式.
The effects of anions(SH^- and SCN^-)on inhibition and adsorption behaviors of butyltrimethylphosphonium bromide(BTMPB)for corrosion inhibition of aluminum have been studied by using the differential polarization resistance and impedance determination techniques in 1 mol/L Al(ClO_4)_3 solution at 25~45℃.The results showed that SH^- or SCN^- can increase prominently the inhibitive efficiency of BTMPB for corrosion inhibition of aluminum,and that the synergistic effect of corrosion inhibition appears between the anions and BTMPB.The adsorption of BTMPB follows Langmuir isotherm on the aluminum sur- face in 1 mol/L Al(ClO_4)_3 solution,and it belongs to the physical adsorption.When the an- ions are added to 1 mol/L Al(ClO_4)_3 solution containing BTMPB,the adsorption of BTMPB belongs to the chemical adsorption,and it follows the amended Bockris-Swinkels isotherm.
