介绍了利用微机及电子控制电路实现对邮政业务档案的存储、查询的管理及维护，该系统由摄像头、录像机、多媒体计算机、打印机、单片机控制箱等部件组成．
The paper presents a computer and electric system of postal service business documents storage.query.management and maintenance. The system consists of TV camera.video recorder multimedia computer.printer and control case of single chip computer processer.
