摘要
本文报告了病毒的结构分类的一种新方法,即依据衣壳参数和核酸的形态结构特征进行分类。着重介绍了动物病毒在其分类中的位置。首先,按照核衣壳构型将病毒分为四类,然后分别划分为有包膜病毒和裸体病毒,再一一列出参数值和核酸的形态结构特征,最后,与国际分类相比较。
The present paper reported a new method of structural classification of viruses. All animal viruses were classified by the parameters of the capsid aad morpho-structure of nucleic acid. According to structural pattern of nuclecapsid, they were divided into four groups, then subdivided them into naked and enveloped viruses respectively. Values were written out on the basis of the parameters of the capsid and morphostructure of nucleic acid. In the last place, compared viruses classified by structural classification to those classified by the international standard.
