摘要
在昆虫杆状病毒颗粒体蛋白基因的定位研究中,用颗粒体蛋白mRNA来定位其基因,国内工作较少。本文报道用大菜粉蝶颗粒体病毒(Pieris brassicae granulosis virus,Pb-GV)颗粒体蛋白的mRNA对相应基因进行定位的结果。
Restricted fragments of PbGV-DNA digested with XhoI and EcoR I were labeled with α-[22P] dATP. The results of hybridization of poly ( A ) RNA to restricted fragments indicated that the granulin gene of Pieris brassicae granulosis virus is in Xho I-I and EcoR I-V fragments.When use T.ni granulin probe the results of hybridization of the probe to restricted fragments digested with EcoR I confirmed our conclusion.
