摘要
利用光学显微镜、扫描电子显微镜分析H13-RE热作模具钢激光淬火层的组织和性能。结果表明,H13-RE钢激光淬火层的显微组织为细板条马氏体+少量孪晶马氏体+弥散碳化物,过渡层显微组织为回火屈氏体+少量残留奥氏体组织。H13-RE钢激光淬火层具有优异的力学性能,硬度、耐磨性、抗日久稳定性、抗蚀性等显著提高。
The microstuctures and mechanical properties of laser hardened layer of the H13-RE hot-worked die steel were examined by optical microscopy and scanning electron microscopy(SEM),The results show that two basic kinds of microstructures, one microstructure with lath martensite and carbide for surface layer and another microstructure with tempering troostite and retained austenite for second layer,can be produced in the laser hardened layer with varying beam scanning speed. The H13RE hot-worked die steel has excellent mechanical properties by using laser heat treatment. The hardeness, wear resistance,anti-tempering capbility and corrosion resistance etc are improved greatly.
