摘要
采用热应变自约束型的Uddeholm法研究了Ti(C,N)基金属陶瓷的热疲劳性能。结果表明,TI(C,N)基金属陶瓷的热疲劳特性和一般金属材料不完全一样,在循环热应力的作用下,试样表面的应力集中处产生一条较直的热疲劳裂纹,增加循环周次,也很难形成网状裂纹;裂纹的扩展由快到慢最后完全停止,热疲劳裂纹具有沿相界面开裂的特征;几种试验材料中,40Ni金属陶瓷的热疲劳性能较好,韧性是影响Ti(C,N)基金属陶瓷热疲劳性能的主要因素。
In this paper,the thermal fatigue features of Ti(C,N)based cermets are investigated by means of the Uddeholm of self-constrained thermal strain.The results have shown that the thermal fatigue features of Ti(C,N)based cermets are distinct from that of metal materials.The cyclic thermal strain results in a straight crack at stress concentration of the specimen surface.It is difficult to form the net cracks by increasing cyclic number.The crack growth rate decreases with the increase in cyclic number until crack arrests.The trait of thermal fatigue crack cracks along the interfaces of phases.The thermal fatigue Properties of 40Ni cermet is better among the tested materials and the thermal fatigue properties of Ti(C,N)based cermets are affected mainly by their toughness.
