摘要
针对当前谐波传动接触状态分析中存在的问题及研究现状,本文建立了一种基于有限元进行谐波齿轮传动接触状态分析的新方法,并提出了计算齿间侧隙的新思路。所得结果准确可靠,表明该方法切实可行,对谐波齿轮传动接触状态研究具有指导意义。
Accorditg to the problem extsting tn tooth contact analysis of harmonic gear drve,a new method 1s proposed tn this paper for tooth contact analysis base on the finite element method and a new thought for calculating the backlash ts given also.The obtained results show that the new method possesses the advan-tages of accuracy,reliabtltty and practcality.
