摘要
分析了ISO闪温公式在计算斜齿轮齿面闪温时的不足,根据固体表面温度分布场理论,建立的ISO闪温公式在斜齿轮齿面闪温中的计算方法。在运用三维有限元法计算斜齿轮齿面载荷分布的基础上,成功地计算了斜齿轮齿面闪温分布,采用动态热电偶测温方法,测试出斜齿轮伶动的实际齿面闪温分市,与理论计算结果比较,取得的相符的结果,并得出有益的结论。
The inadequacy of ISO flask temperature equation in calcnlating sutface fla-sh temperature on helical gear leetb is analysed.Based on the theory on solid surfacetemperature distribulion, a method for calculating surface flash temperature on belicaigeat teeth is established with the help of ISO equation.Three-dimensional finite eleinentmathod is used to calculate the load distribution of lielical gear teetk and thus lhe stateof surface flash ternperature distribution of helical geat teeth is successfully worked out.Actual flash teniperature distribution on helical gear teeth is ineasured by tke dynaimicthermocouple method. Compared with the theoretical result,the corresponding one is obta-ined and a valuable conclusion is reached.
