摘要
研制了一种以电解法测定电冰箱致冷系统残留水的仪器。被测系统中的残留水被干燥载气载带,流经一特殊结构的电解池,全部水分被电解池中的P_2O_5吸收,并被电解为氢气和氧气排空,通过积分所消耗的电量测得样品中的残留水总量。在电解过程中P_2O_5本身得以再生,保证了电解池始终有极高的吸湿及电解能力.
An instrument for measuring residual moisture content in cooling system of refrigeratoc is described. The residual moisture carried by dry carrier gas passes through an electrolytic cell and is completely absorbed by P2O5. Then the moisture is electrolized into hydrogen and oxygen which are vented to atmosphere. The total residual moisture content of the cooling system can be detennined by integrating the consumed quantity of eletricity. P2O5 can be regenerated in the electrolytic process.
