摘要
根据《中国图书馆职业道德准则(施行)》对高校图书馆的职业道德建设和培养的要求,提出几点建议,即职业道德建设和培养离不开管理者自身的建设,并应注重加强对馆员的思想意识和道德修养等方面的建设。
According to the requirements of 〈Chinese Library＇s Professional Ethics Guidelines （Implementation）〉 for the construction and cultivation of the professional ethics of university library, this paper puts forward several suggestions that the construction and cultivation of the professional ethics depend on the construction of the managers themselves, and should pay attention to strengthening the ideological consciousness and moral accomplishment, etc.
