摘要
对ERP环境下的企业人力资源信息化问题进行了研究与探讨。在分析人力资源信息化建设目标的基础上,指出了当今企业人力资源信息化建设的问题与不足,提出了信息化建设中应该注意的问题,并对将来发展的方向e-HR做出了展望。
This paper studies and discusses on the problem of enterprise＇s human resource informatization under the environment of ERP, and based on analyzing the targets of the human resource informatization construction, this paper points out the problems and disadvantages existing in enterprise＇s human resource informatization construction, puts forward some problems needing attention in the informatization construction, and looks forward to its future developing direction of e-HR.
