摘要
针对公路施工企业项目成本管理中存在的问题,从投标环节、项目内部控制、施工生产环节、成本考核与奖惩、设备材料管理等方面论述了项目成本管理的对策。
In the light of the problems existing in the project cost control of the highway construction enterprise, this paper discusses on the countermeasures for the project cost control from aspects of the bidding link, project＇s internal control, construction＇s production link, the cost examination and rewards/penalties, and the management of materials and equipment, etc.
