摘要
针对长期以来对经济合理的设计目标不够重视,建筑设计过于迎合业主要求的现状,以及对结构设计经济性的分析,提出了对砖混住宅的重点技术部位进行优化的技术方案及优化措施,并对今后尚待解决的问题进行了探讨。
In the light of the present situation that the economic and rational design target isn＇t taken seriously and the architectural design caters to the wishes of owners＇ superiors too much, and through the analysis on the economic efficiency of the structural design, this paper puts forward the technical schemes and optimum measures for optimizing the important technical sections of the brick-concrete residence, and probes into some problems that remain to be settled.
