摘要
涡旋盘端面型线的图形设计是涡旋压缩机工程图设计中的一个难点，本文以涡旋盘的端面型线为研究对象，提出了通过对零件进行结构分析，提取能描述其几何结构的基本模型和参数，建立参数化几何模型，使图形具有随设计参数变化而变化的能力。利用该方法设计的工程图，图形精确度高，图形生成速度快，使产品易于变型及系列化，能明显缩短产品的开发设计周期。
In the process of engineering drawing design of scroll compressor. it's a difficult point for drawing scroll profile.With studying scroll profile. this paper has proposed a kind of variable parameters design methods which includes structure analysis. abstracting the parameters of drawing. setting up the basedparameters geometrical models. thus drawing can vary with the variation of parameters. Using this method. the design of engineering drawing becomes more accuratly and quickly. It makes it more easier to change the structure of product and to design senate products with a very short period.
