摘要
在ＺＧ３４０－６４０车轮铸造中，铁模挂砂是关键的工艺技术之一。简要介绍了原车轮生产工艺，主要铸造缺陷及热裂产生；提出了铁模挂砂生产全套工艺参数。
The technology of lining sand on iron moulds is one of the important process for casting ZG340 640 steel wheels. Original production process,the main casting defects and caues of hot crack in wheel production are summarized. A Whole set of process parameters are also put forward and the satisfaction on quality and remarkable economic results are abtained through new method.
