洪家渡水电站进水口预应力锚索施工质量控制

Construction Quality Control of the Pre-stressed Anchorage Cables at the Consequent Slope of Intake Structure of the Hongjiadu Hydropower Station

摘要 洪家渡水电站为保证左岸进水口边坡稳定,采用了大吨位预应力锚索及抗滑桩综合加固防滑措施。预应力锚索采用粘结型端头锚,锚索最长达95 m。施工中严格按程序施工,严格控制施工质量,对出现的质量事故分类制定处理措施,经处理均达到设计要求。经检查,合格率100%,优良率92.1%,该项工程被评为优良。 In order to stabilize the side slope of the intake structure on the left bank of the Hongjiadu hydroelectric project, a heavy prestressed anchorage cable and pile system to prevent sliding has been provided at the project site. The pre-stressed anchorage cable measures 95m in length with an adhesive end anchor. In the process of erection, the working procedures have been closely followed and the quality control has been exercised. Treatment has been made to all defects or flaws so as to make the work meet the design criteria. The inspection shows that 100% of the project work met the design requirement and 92.1% were considered to be excellent. The project was rated as "Excellent".
